(50μg/ml of latanoprost + 5 mg/ml of timolol)
Each mL of solution contains 50 micrograms of latanoprost and 5 mg of timolol (as 6.8 mg of timolol maleate). One drop of solution contains approximately 1.5 micrograms of latanoprost and 0.15 mg of timolol (as 0.204 mg of timolol maleate).
Vizilatan Duo is indicated in adults (including the elderly) for the reduction of intraocular pressure (IOP) in patients with open angle glaucoma and ocular hypertension who are insufficiently responsive to topical beta-blockers or prostaglandin analogues.

Each ml contains 20 mg of dorzolamide (as dorzolamide hydrochloride)
As adjunctive therapy to beta-blockers, as monotherapy in patients unresponsive to beta-blockers or in whom beta- blockers are contraindicated, in the treatment of elevated intra-ocular pressure in ocular hypertension, open-angle glaucoma and pseudoexfoliative glaucoma
